Within the framework of cooperation with the Tobacco Factory Niš as a part of the Company "Philip Morris International", the University concluded in 2004 the Protocol on Partnership for Education and Community Development in Niš with the Institute of International Education.

The program includes scholarships for 50 students of Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Law and Economics, as well as 4 student project grants on a yearly basis, financed from the Philip Morris Fund for Innovation in Education and Community Development.
