Within the framework of “Regulation on Mevlana Exchange Programme” published in Official Journal on 23.08.2011 / no:28034 and “Principles and Procedures on Use, Accounting of the Amounts to be transferred to Higher Education Institutions and Other Relevant Matters on the Payments to be made in the Scope of Mevlana Exchange Programme” accepted in the Council of Higher Education Executive Board on 07.07.2011; the execution of Mevlana Exhange Programme by the signatory national higher education institutions and their international partners in 2017-2018 academic year is approved according to the below mentioned Schedule:

2017-2018 ACADEMIC YEAR MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAMME SCHEDULE

Receiving the applications for the Exchange Programme14 February 2017 –1 March 2017

Reporting the assesment results to Erzincan University 06 March 2017 (Last Day)

Criteria for students:
1-The student is required to be studying at associate degree, bachelor degree, master degree or PhD degree of higher education programmes,
2-The grade point average (GPA) of associate degree and undergraduate students is to be at least 2,5 on a four-point scale.
3-The grade point average (GPA) of graduate students (MA, PhD) is to be at least 3.00 on a four-point scale.
4-50% language score + 50% GPA ( For language score, English or Turkish is necessary)

While sending us assesment results, you should send enclosed Candidate Student Application Form filled by students in computer,Language Score Document and transcripts.

Criteria for academic staff:
1- Curriculum Vitae
2- Academic Portfolio* (it should include documents of his/her publishings, projects,seminers,lectures)
3-Priority is given to special issues such as education language of the host highereducation institution, the language to be used in the lectures and his/her proficiency of the language to be used at the host institution.
4-Priority is given to the academic staff who has not benefited from any kind of mobility activities before.

The whole documents for both students and academic staff should be send in pdf form to both these mail addresses until 6 March 2017.
